Winter Youth Intramural Program

RTSC is pleased to offer soccer during the cold winter months providing players an opportunity to further enhance their skills.

November 14, 2024 - our 2025 Winter (Outdoor) Youth Intramural Program is now open!
See below for dates, etc. - outdoor program is for U07 and older

December 12, 2024 - our 2025 Winter (Indoor) Youth Intramural Program is now open!
See below for dates, etc. - indoor program is for U06 (2019) players only

2025 Winter Youth Intramural (Outdoor)

Monday, January 27th is cancelled due to snow on the turf
Make-up - Monday, February 10th
U8 Boys, U10 Boys & U11 Girls will play from 6:30 - 7:30
U11-U14 Boys will play from 7:30 - 8:30

Saturday, January 25th is cancelled due to snow on the turf
Make-up - Monday, February 3rd
U8 Boys, U10 Boys & U11 Girls will play from 6:30 - 7:30
U11-U14 Boys will play from 7:30 - 8:30

Saturdays - January 4, 11, 18, 25 and Monday Nights - vary by Age Group (see below)

Registration fee is $60 per player.

Registration closes on Monday, December 30th at 8:00 PM - please plan accordingly!

Registration fee is $50 per player.

Registration closes on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at 8:00 PM - please plan accordingly!

U6 (2019) Boys - 12:30 - 1:15 or 1:15 - 2:00
Game times for each team will rotate every week - teams will be announced prior by January 24th
Limited to the first 36 players who sign up
Registration is full but we are still taking registration for the waitlist

U6 (2019) Girls - 2:15 - 3:00
Limited to the first 24 players who sign up
Registration is full but we are still taking registration for the waitlist

Volunteers

We can only field as many teams as we have coaches, referees and administrators,
so please consider volunteering your time to assist with a team this Winter.

● We need volunteers to support all parts of the program.

● Please volunteer on-line under your family account – there is no fee.

RTSC has implemented a Risk Management Program to comply with the new PA Child Abuse Laws. More information is available on www.rosetreesoccer.org under Our Club – Coaching Resources; after you volunteer, we will ask you to provide appropriate Clearances as required by the PA Child Abuse Laws via a service we have retained (Clearcheck.me). We thank you in advance for your participation, patience and compliance.

Special Requests

1.      The son/daughter of a coach is automatically placed on their team
2.      If requested we will try to do the following for registrations received by Dec 27th:
·         Place a twin or sibling in the same division on the same team
·         Move a sibling up an age group to play with an older sibling
·         Place a player with one (maximum) other friend or relative on the same team
3.      We can not honor the following requests:
·         Any request to move a player down an age group
·         Any request to group more than two (2) players on a specific team
4.      We reserve the right to decline special requests in the interest of creating balanced teams.
5.      WE WILL DISREGARD ANY REQUEST ON A REGISTRATION, THROUGH E-MAIL OR ON THE HOTLINE RECEIVED AFTER DECEMBER 27th.
